The Insoglio del Cinghiale is a red wine that expresses the indomitable soul of the Maremma and perfectly matches the typical dishes of Tuscan cuisine. It has an intense and fleshy aromatic profile, marked by notes of underbrush, black pepper, blueberries and balsamic herbs. On the palate it is soft, fresh and elegant, with a smooth tannic texture.
The Tuscan wine Insoglio del Cinghiale Campo di Sasso is the milestone of the entire production of the Biserno Estate, founded in 2001 by Marquis Lodovico Antinori, eager to invest in the terroir of the Upper Maremma. A juicy and mature label, which originates from a blend of Syrah, Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Petit Verdot, skillfully assembled to give a balanced and quality sip, particularly fresh on the palate. It also impresses the tannin, finely smoothed and round.
